Thai Bodywork is performed on a firm mat on the floor, with the client fully clothed, so there’s no lotion involved. The practitioner will start out with rocking and rhythmic palm and thumb compressions. Then, once your body has been prepared, we begin to work you into passive yoga stretches, which helps to facilitate increased range of motion, acting as a passive exercise.
